So remember when I said I would post some of my work? Probably not! But I did say it, and I actually followed through! Finally! AND it's not just some creative writing! It's actual "art." I say "art" because it's not really art in the traditional fine arts sense, but it IS design, and design can be art. Check it out, it's some of my first actual creative creations in the modeling world. I've made things in modeling software before, but mostly tutorials and whatnot, nothing that could be considered my own work. And technically the stuff I posted is collaborative anyways, but I was the one who made the models and finalized the design and proportions. Either way, I'm happy with my first REAL modeling endeavors. I will have more to come when I start working out the models for my past two projects.

I still have plenty of sketches that I need to post, but I'm going to probably stitch them together into a massive image dump, rather than a billion deviations, plus I need to pick out the ones that are actually of quality worth considering not scraps. A lot of work I do in sketching is rapid and in high density, so I end up with a lot of decent but small sketches, and even more really crappy ideas that didn't go anywhere.

Until then, enjoy what I do have! I'm thinking of doing another short story soon if I have the time, based off another Sonata Arctica soon. I kind of forgot their latest album came out about two months ago, and I just recently ran out and got it and a few of the songs have inspired me. I feel kinda silly doing works based off of songs, feels sort of fan-fic-y, but I've been in a slump writing-wise and need some practice.

Anyways, these latest deviations are from our current project in my studio class, and it's had me beat for the last week or so. Our presentation is tomorrow and I am pretty tense about it. I'm sure we'll do fine but I always get so nervous about group presentations! So that's it for today.
